Ira Seligman is an associate with Richman & Levine, P.C. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in English from the Pennsylvania State University in 2007, and his Juris Doctorate Degree, cum laude, from Pace University School of Law in 2010.

Following law school, Mr. Seligman obtained a grant under the prestigious J. William Fulbright Cultural Exchange Program to Norway to complete a comparative study of Norwegian and American administrative and environmental law. Mr. Seligman is also an alumnus of the New York City Environmental Law Leadership Institute and received that organization's Environmental Quality Improvement Project Award.

Mr. Seligman is duly admitted to the New York State and New Jersey Bars and regularly appears before New York City administrative agencies, New York State courts and the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court.
