Debra L. Rothberg was involved in all facets of the firm's environmental law practice.  She had more than 30 years of experience in a broad range of environmental and pollution insurance matters ranging from complex civil litigation to corporate and real estate matters.

 

Ms. Rothberg earned her Bachelor of Arts, with Honors from New York University in 1980; a Master of Arts from Columbia University in 1983 on Fellowship with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Goddard Space Institute; and a Juris Doctorate from New York University in 1995.  She was duly admitted to the New York State Bar, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of New York.  She was also a member of the New York State Bar Association, Environmental Section, and the Nassau County Bar Association.
